I recently visited The Spa at Loews Arlington and was absolutely blown away by the beauty of the decor. The couples treatment room was the largest I have ever seen, providing a luxurious and spacious setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The hair salon and nail area were equally impressive, with their size and beauty adding to the overall grandeur of the spa. The decor of the spa is simply stunning, with a perfect blend of blue, grey, and stone colors that create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The therapists were not only friendly but also highly proficient, ensuring that every moment of my spa experience was truly exceptional. Special mention goes to Kylie, the Spa Director, who was incredibly helpful and provided an amazing tour of the facilities. In my opinion, The Spa at Loews Arlington is the nicest spa and fitness center in Dallas. The attention to detail in the decor, the top-notch services, and the friendly staff all contribute to making it a truly exceptional spa experience. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing retreat in the Dallas area.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and admiration for the incredible massage Lexie gave me. I've had the pleasure of enjoying many massages over the years, but hers truly stands out as the absolute best. Her skillful hands, expert technique, and calming energy created a truly transcendent experience that left me feeling like a new person. From the moment she started working on my knots and kinks, I knew I was in good (and very gifted) hands. Her attention to detail, her gentle firm touch, and just her soothing presence all combined to melt away my tension and leave me feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and utterly pampered. I love this spa! It is relaxing and the staff is amazing! Alexis is my favorite for massages and body treatments! I have been here a few times and always feel rejuvenated and relaxed.

I went there on July 25 2025 the director/ manager ( Kylie ) was very professional and polite you can tell she's GREAT at her job and has a passion for it ! So does the young lady that gave me a massage. She really knows the human anatomy and makes you feel at ease when she works her magic getting into all those areas needed . I would give them more than 5 stars if I could ! They are the BEST ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ! THANK YOU VERY MUCH !

My mother and I were gifted a spa day at this beautiful spot. Relaxing and warming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Donnie was my masseuse and he was PHENOMENAL. I had to give him a hug as we walked out. This was my first massage experience and I felt comfortable, informed and relaxed, on how the process went. I will absolutely be back, and request Donnie 😅

I had an amazing experience at the spa! Bailey was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. Her friendly and welcoming personality made the experience even better. You can truly tell she takes pride in her work—highly recommend booking with Bailey!

I’m 8 months pregnant and have been dreading going to bed at night because my body has been so uncomfortable. I’ve never had a massage before and wasn’t sure what to expect but Alexis was constantly making sure I was comfortable and did an incredible job. She is a true professional and you can tell she takes pride in what she does, I had the best night of sleep I’ve had in months. I cannot recommend Alexis enough!

I barely walked in to the spa with my back in severe pain and was lucky enough to have Alexis be my masseuse. With thoughtful and knowledgeable questions, Alexis was able to figure out what was going on and then proceeded to give me an amazing, therapeutic massage that left me feeling like I could skip out of there. I highly recommend the spa and Alexis for anything from a relaxing massage to a "my back is broken and I can't walk" massage. Highly recommend!

I went for a pedicure and shoulder, neck and back massage. Boy what can I say Taylor did such an amazing job with the pedicure and legs massage with scrub just soo awesome was in heaven. Than Randi I literally fell asleep she took out all the knots in my back and shoulders and legs as well that I felt like a rubber band after a long day at the convention center!!! I also want to add that after my appointment I was just so relaxed that I forgot to get my headphones out of my robe pocket which I much later in the day realized after the spa closed. When I came the next day to have my son get his massage the nice girl at the front of the office went out of her way and looked for that robe and found it since it already had gone to linen to get washed but she found it and brought it back to me which was such a grand relief thank you all for the above and beyond efforts for everything !!!!Thank you all ! You all were amazing including the welcoming at the front door!!

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the spa at Loews Arlington! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel instantly relaxed and cared for. The amenities were top-tier: immaculately clean facilities, peaceful charging rooms, a beautifully designed relaxation room, and the plush robe was such a luxurious touch that truly elevated the experience. My massage with Alexis was nothing short of incredible—the best massage I have ever had. She was exceptionally skilled, attentive, and intuitive, adjusting the pressure perfectly and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Alexis has such a calming presence and was genuinely friendly, professional, and thoughtful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. She took the time to listen to my needs and made me feel completely at ease. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. This spa is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning my next visit. 10l/10 recommend the spa!
